Cobb's front mounted 3.5 inch thick bar and plate intercooler provides superior efficiency and minimal pressure drop for increased power outputs. Supports over 800whp. Lightweight 2.5 inch diameter mandrel bent tubing is powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. This is a highly engineered and well thought out kit. Crash bar mounting provides accident protection and rigid mounting. A compact coolant overflow tank and windshield washer tank filler neck kit (for 06-07 tanks mounted behind the front bumper) ensures adequate intercooler pipe clearance. A blow-off valve adapter allows for fitment of factory flange type blow-off or bypass valves. A air temperature (IAT) bung is welded to the intercooler piping for speed density applications. Designed to work with the Cobb SF intake and airbox (airbox requires modification using the supplied cutting template).
Available in silver or heat dissipating black intercooler color.
