Grimmspeed's upgraded top mount intercooler features a 1500cfm bar and plate core for improved heat transfer with minimal pressure drop when compared to the factory tube and fin intercooler designs. Supports up to 550whp with only a 0.16psi pressure drop at 19psi of boost pressure. Manufactured using advanced casting technology for smooth end tank internal countours and excellent surface finish. Machined flanges, coupling faces, and internal bores for precise fitment and excellent flow. Utilizes stainless steel threaded inserts to minimize crossed threads and thread wear. Every intercooler is fully cleaned and inspected prior to shipping.
Available in standard raw aluminum finish or optional black thermal dispersent coating. Alumininum and silicone Y-pipe kit is optional or can be used with original factory piping and hoses. Matched hood scoop air duct kit is also available elsewhere on our website.
