Drag Ratio 4-Gear Dog Kit

An all new design (V2) from PPG takes their legendary drag set to a whole new level. A large diameter input shaft clutch spline eliminates the weak link in the previous version. Revised dog engagement and shift travel for faster shifts. PPG's subaru sti dogbox gear kits are used by top motorsport teams worldwide. Straight cut tooth profile gears are supplied with a complete kit of upgrated billet selector components. All parts manufactured to strict tolerances from specialized heat treated alloys. Long gear ratios are designed with drag racing in mind minimizing the number shifts required. Supports power outputs in excess of 1000hp.

This kit retains the original 5th and 6th gears and we recommend the use of our long ratio synchro 5th and 6th for these gears to be reasonably functional.

Available with OEM input spline (V1) or uprated 26 spline shaft (V2). The 26 spline input shaft requires a custom clutch setup. The spline size is the same as a GM T56 application. We can supply Exedy twin and triple plate clutches for this application.
