Cobb's cast aluminum turbo inlet assembly for the FA20DIT WRX and FXT engine is an essential upgrade replacing the failure prone factory plastic piece. Inlet size is increased by 5mm to 70mm diameter while the outlet is increased by 2mm to match the factory compressor inlet diameter of 50mm. Provisions for mounting factory or Cobb boost control solenoids as well as hose fittings to connect PCV and EVAP lines are provided. Bypass valve (BOV) hose connection is made of reinforced silicone providing a further improvement over the factory components. Machined surfaces are provided on the aluminum casting for the addition of any auxiliary sensors that you may need to fit.
