RCM multi-layer steel (MLS) head gaskets offer superior head gasket sealing by way of their folded stopper layer design and nitrile rubber coating. These gaskets are precision die cut from stainless steel sheet to ensure dimensional accuracy and layer alignment as well as providing a cleaner edge compared to laser cutting. The folded stopper layer maximizes combustion chamber sealing while a nitrile rubber sealing layer on the outside layers adapts to any imperfections in the gasket sealing surface.
RCM head gaskets will accept oversized head studs (up to 14mm in size) without any modification required.
