Short shift linkage reduces shift throw (fore-aft movement) by at least 10% over stock for faster shifting and improved shift feel. Unlike aftermarket short shift levers STI re-engineers the entire linkage to prevent any clearance issues and to optimize the entire package. Does not affect the height of the shift lever. For models with STI or SpecB 6-speed transmissions.
